"And thank you for a house full of people that I love. Amen" -Terri Guillemets

Well, what can I say - time flies! It's been a crazy couple of weeks!!!! I'm sure I'm not alone when I mention hectic schedules, school, kids, work, playdates, activities, etc ... having 3 kids is exhausting!!! I love every minute (well, almost) of being a mom but I have to admit, I love having my own time, doing my own thing, on my own schedule - those times come far, few, and in between! It doesn't help that the past few days have been completely nonstop! And we literally have had something to do just about every day for weeks - on the flip side to that, we want the kids to be involved in things and it's fun being the one who teaches them new things and shows them new things - it's just crazy is all :)

Aside from that, everything on our end is good! David is turning 10 (!!!!) at the end of the month and the plan is to spend the day at Universal - without his sisters. That was one of his requests - the other was to be able to take a friend along and so, he's bringing Cody with us. Should be a lot of fun and we've already warned him that he has to try every coaster at least once - he's a little nervous about the ones that go upside down, but he's usually a pretty good sport about these kind of things and we're looking forward to seeing what he thinks about them .. it'll be a good day - us, David and Cody. Oh, where will the girls be? With Dee - she's coming into town next Tuesday and has agreed to spend the day with them .. nice, huh?

Abby is well, Abby. Four has proven to be somewhat of a tough age - she knows everything (or at least thinks she does!) she's very dramatic and she and David have taken up picking on each other .. I will say that no matter what you teach your kids about what they should or shouldn't do, there are some things they're just going to do - teasing is one of them! It's definitely something we try and put an end to as soon as it starts, but it's usually short lived. Ughh. Don't get me wrong,  there are good things about this child: she's super smart and no, I'm not just saying that!!! Lately, she's been a really good helper and she likes to help enforce our rules :) She loves school, loves dance just as much and pretty soon, we'll be working with her on reading. She knows her letters and all of their sounds and most of our time in the car is spent with her asking "what does * * * * * spell"? She has a natural thirst for knowledge, I love it.

Molly is great!!! A year ago - even 6 months ago, I never thought I'd say that but she is doing really, really good! She is working with a behavior therapist every Monday and she has done absolute wonders with this child - she is communicating more, screaming less and is really becoming comfortable in the world she's living in.  In February, she'll also be working with a speech therapist and we think the 2 "forces" will do nothing but help Molly even more .. we're so excited!! We debated on putting her into preschool and I have to admit, I wasn't ready to give up my one on one time with her .. well, there are other reasons too: she is taking a gym class for kids on Tuesday mornings and we thought with that and a new speech teacher, school might be a bit much for her to take in. It was a tough decision to make, but we think this is what's best for her .. Molly is obsessed with stuffed animals (you should see her bed!) and she's into Yo Gabba Gabba - I wasn't crazy about this show at first but it is growing on me ..

Jamie and I are busy!!! We've talked about going away for a weekend in April and depending on a couple of things, we aren't sure if that's going to be possible .. I hope it is - we've been waiting for it for a long time!!! We've both been making new friends and it's been really nice having other couples (with kids) to hang out with, we needed that. Our focus is on raising happy, healthy kids and our family is our top priority - we want to make memories, we'll take the good and the bad as long as we're in it together ..
